The SIC Code is 1542. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and
$5,000,000. The U. S. Army Corp of Engineers has a requirement for
construction of Dining Wings C, D, & B at Washington Hall, USMA, New
York. Work includes dining wing window restoration, restoration and
floor grouting, repair or replacement of wood wainscot, vestibules and
decorative paintings, emergency lighting and electrical work. This
project is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Completion date is 550
calendar days from Notice to Proceed. In order to comply with the Debt
Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors MUST be registered
in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award
of a Federal contract. For information regarding registration, and
annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling

and Specifications are available on or about 10 August 2000. Bid
opening date is on or around 12 September 2000 at 11:00 AM and will be

of $85.00 per set (non-refundable) to US Army Corps of Engineers, New
York District, Contracting Division, Contracting Room 1843, 26 Federal
