201810Q031 POC Dolores Bello, Contracting Officer The U.S. Fish &
Wildlife Service, Region 2, seeks bids for the installation of erosion
protection consisting of approximately 970 square yards of drainage
filter fabric, 250 cubic yards of base material, and placement of 750
tons of Government-furnished riprap along Clam Lake shoreline. The
filter fabric shall be a nonwoven geotextile, specifically manufactured
as a drainage geotextile. This project is located at McFaddin National
Wildlife Refuge, Jefferson County, Texas. The price range is between
$25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond will be required from awardee.
This project is full and open competition. This project has a projected
request for quotes (RFQ) issue date of August 11 and an anticipated
date for receipt of offers of September 12, 2000. A firm date will be
established and stated in the RFQ. Requests for plans and
