The work performed under this project consist of providing all facilities, plans, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and the performance of all work necessary to resurface approximately 25,000 SF of shop floors within aircraft maintenance hangar 4204 with an Electrostatic Dissipative (ESD)/Chemically Resistant Urethane (CRU) Floor System as indicated on the drawings, and/or specified herein after. Related work shall include all necessary concrete slab restoration, resealing joints, the placement of grounding rods, and the replacement of an equipment enclosure. All work is located at building 4204, Keesler AFB, Biloxi, Mississippi. THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS. The Standard Industrial Code is 1799. The size standard is $10,500,000.00. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Award will be made using the Performance Price Trade-Off(PPT) technique. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR'S REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT.
