The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on 25 Jul 00 and offers will be due at 3:00 p.m. local time on 08 Aug 00. This project will be acquired under Small Acquisition Procedures (SAP), therefore the magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The scheduled performance period for this project is 45 calendar days and will be for the preparation, primer and painting of the floor in Building 381 on Kirtland AFB NM. The work will consist of removal of any coatings, films or membranes now on the floor down to the bare concrete. After thoroughly cleaning and conditioning of the bare concrete, resurface the floor with a base coat of water epoxy and two coats of chemical resistant urethane (CRU), and then apply girt to the CRU.
