PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to renovate the Bankruptcy Court Clerks_ Offices on the first and second floors at the Harold Donohue Federal Courthouse in Worcester, MA. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing walls, floor materials, HVAC and plumbing connections; sandblasting existing entrance doors/sidelights to match adjacent Main Lobby doors. Provide new oak hardwood base to match existing; relocate doors and frames and incidental related work. Work shall be completed in four phases.
