This project includes replacement of 480 volt and 230 volt distribution switchboards, drydock pumpwell valve control panel and associated motor starters and controllers, sealing of the pumpwell's electrical spaces walls, floor and ceiling, and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be required. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1731. The related small business size standard is $11.5 million. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is open to all business concerns. Plans and specifications will be available ONLY via the Internet World Wide Web at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Downloading the solicitation is free of charge. This will be the only method of distributing the solicitation.
