The Port Hueneme Detachment Louisville, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Louisville, KY intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price purchase order. This procurement is seven separate items that are close tolerance machined items for the MK75 Gun Mount. Items to be included are for a quantity of seventy (70) each of the following items: Right Inner End Cap, Right Outer End Cap, Cylinder Body, Piston, Rod Bushing and Spring Guide, all in accordance with Drawings as provided on CD. One item will be manufactured from AMPCO 18, UNS C95400 and One (1) item will be manufactured from Aluminum Alloy 5083-H116. Delivery will be required within 180 days after award of contract. The deadline for submitting proposals will be 4 August 2000. All qualified responsible parties may submit a proposal which will be considered. Note 1 applies to this announcement.
