The GMTK consists of a toolbox containing approximately 133 common automotive mechanic hand tools (i.e., sockets, ratchets, screwdrivers, hammers, pliers, etc.). The tools must be industrial quality. The acquisition will be a three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum quantity of 2,000. The maximum quantity for the life of the contract years will be 24,500. The Request for Proposal will be issued as a Commercial Best Value. The evaluation factors will be Technical, Price, Past Performance, and Small Business Participation.
