The transformers will include transformer oil, tools, appliances and spare parts. Delivery will be FOB Destination Within Consignee's Premises to Western's Parker Switchyard substation in Arizona, and will include the services of an erecting engineer. Optional item on each transformer is a gas-in-oil monitor. Delivery of transformers will be required no sooner than 1/1/02 and no later than 2/1/02. Western will be issuing a Request for Quotations for the required transformers under the authority of FAR.13.5. RFQ DE-RQ65-00WA54579 will be issued o/a 8/8/00 on an unrestricted basis.
