The system has specific specifications that shall be met. Contractors wishing to receive the RFQ must submt a written request within 15 days after this notice appears in the CBD. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Requests may be faxed to 301/827-7156. The FDA assumes no responsibility for confirming receipt of facsimile transmissions.
