This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F01600-00-T0830 and is a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard industrial code is 7373 with a small business size standard of $18M. This requirement consists of various components for a data video system, as well as the installation. Quantity is one system. A list of the components, location, etc. may be requested by email or fax only. Notelephone requests will be taken. A pre-bid site visit is required for all vendors interested in submitting a proposal.
