Salient characteristics are: The interment flag of the United States shall be a 5-foot hoist by 9-foot 6-inch fly flag, made from 100% cotton, wholly produced in the United States of America, and each flag individually boxed. Due to the urgency of this requirement VA intends to restrict this buy only to known providers.
