Geological Survey (USGS) requires the acquisition and processing of
digital high resolution seismic reflection data in the vicinity of the
Los Angeles and Long Beach harbors, Ca. The survey instruments are to
include a single- or dual-channel very high-resolution (1 to 4 khz)
profiling system and a small airgun (15-40 cubic inches), short group
interval (3 to 5 meters) 24-channel hydrophone array. Reflections
profiles are to be acquired and displayed in real time, allowing the
selection of new survey tracklines while underway. The contractor will
be required to furnish all equipment, labor and materials necessary to
accomplish the scope of work detailed. The only exception to the above
