The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Develop- ment (ORD), is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a Thermogravimetric Analyzer. The instrument must have the following characteristics: (1) High Resolution Thermogravimetric Analysis, (2) Computer and Software package including data collector, graphics, and large library for pattern recognition and matching, (3) Autosampler system for more than 12 positions, (4) One year parts and labor warranty, and (5) Training on-site on the use of the instrument. This procurement will be processed using full and open competition under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The EPA intends to issue an Request For Quotation (RFQ) on 10 Aug 2000.
