Obstetric services, for Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC), Fort Gordon, GA and Graduate Medical Education Services for DDEAMC interns and residents, to be performed at Contractor's facility, as designated by DDEAMC. Contractor shall provide full inpatient obstetric labor, delivery and newborn nursery services for an estimated 690 deliveries annually (through out-years), including technical and clinical oversight, training and evaluation of DDEAMC's interns and residents. Services shall be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Performance shall be effective October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 (Base year). Pursuant to the provisions of FAR 52.217-0009 and 52.217-0008, four (4) annual option periods with an additional option to extend services (NTE 6 months), will be available under the proposed contract.
