This synopsis for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement to procure warehousing, asset database management, and data entry support services to satellite loading dock locations at Buildings 2185, 2187, and 2109 at Naval Air Station Pax River, MD. The place of performance shall be Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Patuxent River Maryland, and the period of performance shall be from date of award through one year, with four one-year option periods. Estimated date of award is 1 October 2000. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for commercial services. Award will be made on the basis of lowest cost technically acceptable to the Government. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business, and the applicable SIC code is 7374, with a small business size standard of $18 million.
