The contractor will provide both routine and on-call pick up and delivery services. The pick up and delivery points will all be within the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. The contractor must be bonded to insure USAID against financial loss. The contractor must have the office and personnel located within the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Companies without such offices and personnel are requested not to reply. It is estimated that an RFQ will be issued on or about August 18, 2000.
