Lewis, CONTRACTING OFFICER The work consists essentially of building and grounds maintenance for Pleasant Hill Lake, Perrysville, Ohio; Charles Mill Lake, Lucas, Ohio and Mohicanville Dam, Lakeville, Ohio. Approximate time of performance will be for a base year (2001) with four additional year option periods. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (a) Experience; (b) Management Plan and (c) Equipment. Contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a Technical/Price competitive range. A Pre-Proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for August 22, 2000, at 10:00am at Charles Mill Lake. Total contract shall not exceed $250,000.00.
