The Vehicular Advanced Software Technology Consortium (VAST-C) is sponsoring the following workshops beginning in October 2000 at the U.S. Army Tank and Automotive Command in Warren, Michigan: (a) Process and Software Product Engineering (October 2000); (b) Coordination and Integrated Software Management (November 2000); (c) Improving Software Management Systems (January 2000); (d) Defect Management (February 2001); (e) Change Management (March 2001). These workshops focus primarily on the Capability Maturity Model(CMM) Level 3, 4 and 5 Key Process Areas. If you are interested in submitting a proposal for any of the referenced workshops, please submit your proposal to www.vast-c.org through the workshops link. Include with your response a cost estimate on a separate exhibit. Also please submit recent a Dunn and Bradstreet report or equivalent with a corporate officer's letter of certification that the information is true and correct. The Vehicular Advanced Software Technology (VAST) Consortium is a working group of the Great Lakes Software Process Improvement Network (GL-SPIN).
