Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 -- Six (6) Concurrent Sessions, Oct. 16 -- 20, 2000, includes: (a) six (6) 35mm w/ bright light modules, (b) six (6) AMX 30 wireless remotes (single), (c) six (6) overhead projectors 3000 lumens, (d) ten (10) Welt safelock stands, (e) six (6) 9' x 12' ff screens (front proj.), (f) six (6) electric pointers, (g) six (6) a/v technicians (8 hours/day, 4 days), (h) six (6) data projectors. CLIN 0002 -- Opening Plenary Session, Oct. 18, 2000, includes: (a) one (1) ORC Xenon slide projector 500RF-IC, (b) one (1) AMX 30 wireless remote (single), (c) one (1) overhead projector 3000 lumens, (d) one (1) 9' x 12' ff screen (front proj.), (e) one (1) 9' x 12' trim kit, (f) one (1) laser pointer, (g) one (1) a/v technician (2 hours, 1 day) CLIN 0003 -- A/V Headquarters, Speaker Prep for Oct. 16 -- 20, 2000, includes: (a) two (2) EKTA III/AT slide projectors, (b) one (1) overhead projector, (c) four (4) Welt safelock stands, (d) one (1) 70" x 70" tripod screen, (e) one (1) single caramate, (f) one (1) slide viewing box, (g) one (1) a/v technician (8 hours/day, 4 days). CLIN 0004 -- "Birds Of A Feather" Session, Oct 16 -- 20,2000, includes: (a) seven (7) EKTA III/AT slide projectors, (b) seven (7) overhead projectors, (c) 14 Welt safelock stands, (d) seven (7) 70" x 70" tripod screens, (e) seven (7) flipchart kits. CLIN 0005 -- Networking, Oct. 16 -- 20, 2000, includes: (a) two (2) 27" color monitors, (b) two (2) Sylvania VC22122 3 spd. VCRs, (c) two (2) 54" a/v carts w/ac. CLIN 0006 -- Four Concurrent Sessions on Oct. 20, 2000, includes: (a) four (4) 35mm w/ bright light modules, (b) four (4) AMX 30 wireless remotes (single), (c) four (4) overhead projectors, (d) four (4) Welt safelock stands, (e) four (4) 9' x 12' ff screens (front proj.), (f) four (4) electric pointers. CLIN 0007 -- Additional Items for 4 Days include: (a) one (1) EKTA III/AT slide projector, (b) one (1) overhead projector 3000 lumens, (c) two (2) Welt safelock stands, (d) one (1) 8' x 8' tripod screen, (e) one (1) electric pointer, (f) one (1) flipchart kit, (g) four (4) HP Laserjet III's-2MB, (h) fifty (50) A-frame aluminum easels, (i) four (4) walkie talkies. NOTE: A/v technicians are required for each room. Please include hourly and overtime rate in the quote. FAR clauses and provisions referenced in this announcement may be downloaded from http://www.arnet.gov/far. The following will be used to evaluate the Quotation: (1) Technical Capabilities to provide all the items listed in the RFQ (2) Past Performance (3) Price. Quotes must contain sufficient information to demonstrate the vendor's ability to meet the Government's needs as described in the statement of work. Each quote must contain a list of contacts, including telephone numbers, that may be contacted to attest to the vendor's past performance in successfully accomplishing activities similar to those listed in the solicitation. Quotes must also contain the most recent published rental rates for the required audio-visual equipment, published labor rates (including overtime rates) and applicable Government discounts. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order to the vendor whose quotation represents the best value to the Government. The procurement solicitation and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial items, applies to this acquisition.
