slide repair, installation of ground water interceptor drains, gabion
walls with shallow roadway drains and repair and regrading of roadway
on .240 kilometers of roadway for Gros Ventre Road, Federal Development
Road 30400, Teton County, Wyoming. Estimated price range is between
$500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The major work items include: 900 m3
gabions, galvanized or aluminized coated; 200 meters 150 mm perforated
collector pipe; 750 m 150 mm outlet pipe; 210 m uphill ground water
interceptor drain; 190 m roadway ground water interceptor drain; 190 m
shallow roadway drain; 4000 m2 placement of conserved topsoil; 1200
hours flagger; 175 m temporary concrete barrier and associated pavement
markings, miscellaneous surveying, staking, seeding, mulching and

Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has
programs to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business
enterprises to acquire short-term working capital and bonding
assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to
any eligible prime or subcontractor at any tier. The DOT Bonding
Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and
payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80%
guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also
available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime
interest ratesto provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum
