Z -- CLEAN AND RESEAL BUILDING 100 SOL IFB544-082-00 DUE 091400 POC Candi Wood, Contracting Officer, 803-695-6843 The contractor will provide all tools, labor, materials, permits, license and supervision to restore and renovate areas as indicated in drawings and specifications for Project 066-00-01, "Clean and Reseal Building 100", located at the VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. SIC 1799 applies. This is a HUB Zone set-aside. Work is to include cleaning of existing concrete, brick and glass surfaces and the addition of a water repellent treatment for existing vertical concrete and brick surfaces of Building 100 which is approximately six stories high. New work also includes the removal and disposal of existing vertical joint backer material and sealant and new installation of backer material and sealant for Building 100. The two-story primary care addition designated as Building 100A is excluded from this project. Completion time is within 120 days of the notice to proceed. The construction range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated solicitation issue date is 8/14/00. Estimated bid opening date is 9/14/00.
