DESC: Provide all supervision, plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with the upgrade/improvement of existing dirt road which will include, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, installation of culverts, relocation of utilities, provide and install new aggregate sub-base, stone pavement and site grading/re-seeding in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside issued under the authority of FAR subpart 19.1006(b)(2), and DFAR 219.1006(b)(2). The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1611. This procurement will be issued Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF) and is estimated to be between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00. The anticipated Solicitation issue/posting date will be on or about 11 August 2000. Note: The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting date on Fort Drums Web page. The solicitation will not be mailed out, hardcopies will not be provided and no bidder mailing list will be maintained.
