All work to be in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Project VGLZ 962078, Solicitation Number DAHA2000R0022 "Renovate Operations & Training Facility, Building 303" at Selfridge ANG base MI. Significant evaluation criteria for the contract in descending order of importance are (1) Project Management ability with an emphasis on Key Management Staff, quality control plan, technical support staff and financial capability; (2) Subcontracting support capability, with an emphasis on subcontractor management, identification of key subcontractors, and purchasing system/level of subcontracting; (3) Company experience; (4) Past performance, and (5) Price. The SIC code is 1542 and the size standard is $28.5M. Solicitation plans and specification will be available on or about 4 August 2000. The estimated date for receipt of proposal is 5 September 2000.
