Z -- RECONSTRUCTION OF MOORE'S BLACK BUTTE IV TRAIL SOL RFQ R1-17-00-21 DUE 090800 POC Contracting 208 983-1950 Ext 4174 Reconstruction of Moore's Black Butte IV Trail. Trail project is located on the Salmon River Ranger District, Nez Perce National Forest, Idaho County, Idaho. From Grangeville, Idaho on SH 13 take FDR 221 (paved), then south for approximately 30 miles to FDR 444; follow FDR 444 (unpaved gravel) south and east for approximately 11.5 miles to Moore's Guard Station and Trail 313; follow Trail 313 approximately 2.3 miles to junction with Trail 312; then south on Trail #312 to Plummer Point (BOP). Project consists of reconstruction of approximately 3.2 miles of the Moore's Black Butte #312 Wilderness Trail from Plummer Point to Anchor Creek including trail reconstruction, drainage feature installation (waterbars), turnpike construction, clearing and grubbing, stairway construction and naturalization of abandoned tread.
