This requirement is for a design, fabrication and installation of 12 ManSafe Horizontal Lifeline Systems in three separate maintenance and repair facilities located at the Naval Air Facility Washington. In addition, one session of training to maintenance personnel in the operation and maintenance of the system be provided at the completion of the installation at each facility.
