This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (F26600-00-Q-X085) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. The SIC for this solicitation is 2951. This is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The item description is as follows. Offeror shall quote on the following items: CLIN 0001; AC-30 Type II Smokeless liquid asphalt mixture, quantity 256 wet tons. CLIN 0002; MC-70 Prime Coat, Quantity 27,378 gallons. CLIN 0003; Application of Prime Coat, Quantity 5 each. FOB Destination Area II, Nellis AFB NV on 7 August 00.
