The government can only provide synopsized performance specs for contractor review. The rights to the technical data required to manufacture and test the AN/FCC-100 and its related equipment are not owned by the government. The technical data rights for manufacturing and testing are the sole proprietorship of DNE Technologies, Inc., 50 Barnes Park North, Wallingford, Conn, 06429. Any manufacturer who feels they can provide equipment that may satisfy the AN/FCC-100 (V)9 & (V)9X's functionality and interface interoperability must submit documentation by writing to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-S-DI, Building 1202, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000, demonstrating interchangeability and compatibility with the AN/FCC-100V)9 & (V)9X and its related equipment.
