Sole Source -- The Marine Corps Systems Command proposes to enter into a sole source contract with DME Corporation in Orlando, Florida. This is a follow-on contract with the company that developed the unique Test Program Sets in support of the unit Level Circuit Switching which comprises the AN/ITC-42(V) and SB-3865 (P)/TTC Automated Telephone Switchboard, using the AN/USM-657 Third Echelon Test System. Specified tasks will be performed in conjunction with production and delivery of Application Test Sets (APS) in support of the Unit Level Circuit Switch. This APS consists of both Test Program (TP) Software and Test Program Hardware (TPH). The TPH consists of Interface Test Adapters (ITA), accessory Cables and Transit cases. The TP Software consists of an Interactive Electronic Technical Manual and TPs. The items to be delivered are unique to DME's development program. The Contractor shall provide program management, systems engineering management, configuration management, quality assurance, and logistics planning and support.
