This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation (GS-04P-00-EWE-0120) incorporates provisions and clauses identified in FAR Subpart 12, FAC 97-16, as required. Standard Industrial Clalssification is 8999 with a $5M size standard. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate in this solicitation. This is a firm-fixed price best value procurement using Commercial Procedures, FAR 12, 13.5 and FAR 15.101-1, Performance-Price tradeoff process. The Government intends to award one contract. The contract will provide food services at the IRS Center, 5333 Getwell Road, Memphis, TN. This will include all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided) and shall operate the food service facility for thepurpose of dispensing food, non-alcoholic beverages and other such items.
