The contractor will be required to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, personnel, supervision, transportation necessary to comply with government and commercial standards for carpet and upholstery cleaning in Dormitories. The bonnet method is to be used for carpet cleaning; non-detergent solution is to be applied to upholstery and extracted with a standard upholstery tool. At this time, the award is contemplated as a set-aside for small business firms only.
