Contractor shall obtain professional personnel and firms as required to develop the design, including hazardous material abatement, from VA conceptual floor plan drawings all necessary working drawings, construction specifications and perform all construction required for the completion of the porject. The construction work shall require the contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and expertise to perform the construction required for all work required by the contractor designed and VA approved design of this project.
