Work consists of renovating an existing 15,000 SF building, interior walls, ceiling, lightin, power, HVAC, ductwork, fire protection, restrooms, plumbing, carpet, floor sealant, painting, exterior stairs, railing, windows and doors. All responsible contractors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
