Solicitation number N00164-00-Q-0274 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 -- 2 ea Waterload Assembly, P/N 802027213800-1 This requirement is sole sourced to Electro Impulse Laboratory, Neptune, New Jersey. The Government does not possess complete specifications to allow for competition. Electro Impulse Laboratory is in possession of all data rights to manufacture the required waterload assembly. Delivery is required F.O.B. Crane, IN 47522 within 90 days after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency.
