Material is required within 150 days after award of contract and shall be delivered FOB: Destination to: Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. First Article Testing, High Shock Test, Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) and Engineering Drawings are required. Response date for submission of proposals will be established in the Request for Proposal (RFP) when issued.
