The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville has a requirement for a Wavelength Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometer Microanalysis System (WDX) that will include installation of the new equipment, removal of existing equipment and training. The WDX system must be of a type and design that will allow complete physical and software integration with the existing Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)/Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometer (EDS) system. The WDX shall be of a design suitable for materials microanalysis as its primary function and shall include components and materials required for a complete and fully operational system upon installation.
