The Air Force Research Laboratory, Sensors Directorate (AFRL/SNZW) has issued a 2.5 year, open-ended Broad Agency Announcement (BAA 00-06-SNK) to periodically solicit research proposals for the Advanced Technologies for Information Assurance and Survivability program (ATIAS). The initial BAA was posted on the EPS homepage on 5 Apr 00. Also on the EPS homepage are the solicited research proposals for previous Focused Research Topics (FRT), which were due on 24 Mar 00. THIS AMENDMENT TO THE BAA IS ISSUED TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS FOR FOCUSED RESEARCH TOPIC (FRT) No. 4 FOR _DYNAMIC COALITIONS". Specific information on Focused Research Topic (FRT) No. 4 can be seen on the EPS homepage (http://www.eps.gov/) at amendment 04, FRT 4 or by clicking here FRT4. Proposals for FRT No. 4 are due by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 5 Sep 00. Multiple awardsare anticipated on FRT #4 and the anticipated award date is 31 Sep 00.
