The areas of the solicitation described below contain changes. Changes are highlighted. It is the offeror's responsibility to search the document for all changes. a. Replace Section A, Standard Form 33 -- Solicitation, Offer and Award with the enclosed Standard Form 33. The total number of pages in the document have been changed to read from "503" to "510". Changed the total number of pages in "Block 11, Table of Contents", Part I-The Schedule, Section C, Work Statement, from "68" to read "70", Section F, Deliveries or Performance, from "15" to read "16" and Part III-List of Documents, Exhibits and Other Attach., Section J, List of Attachments, from "298" to read "302". b. Replace Section B, with the enclosed pages. Changes were made to the Table of Contents (added Section B.13); paragraph B.3 (reworded last sentence); paragraph B.4 (removed "and shall provide a breakdown of each seat" and reworded the paragraphs; paragraph B.5 (added a paragraph); paragraph B.7 (added "an allotted"); paragraph B.10 (added "phase out"); paragraph B.11 (reworded first paragraph and deleted "environmental services") and B.11 (b) and (c) (changed the description of the duties and responsibilities of the Telecommunications Mechanic and the Senior Telecommunications Mechanic); paragraph B.12 (reworded the paragraph) and B.13 (reworded the paragraph). c. Replace Section B, Tables, with the enclosed pages. Changes added item "0002AF -- ACD Agent Activation" for base and option years and deleted item 0003AJ on the base and all subsequent option years. In Option Year 1, changed subitems under 1009 Technical support to read "1009" versus "0009". Changed the Summary of Base Year and 4 Options to reflect the previously mentioned changes, removed the present value factor, changed the unit under Seat Services from "seat" to "event", added "hours" under the unit of the Contract Phase-Out Transition Support. d. Replace Section C, Statement of Work (SOW), with the enclosed pages. Changes have occurred throughout the document and have been highlighted. e. Replace Section E, page E-3 with the enclosed page E-3. "As listed in the table above" was removed from paragraph E.2.2, second line. f. Replace Section H with the enclosed pages. Changes were made under paragraphs H.2, H.7, H.14, H.20, H.23, H.32, and H.35(a)(4). g. Replace the drawing on page J.2, Attachment B -- Current Network Architecture, page J-6A with the enclosed page J-6A. h. The changes made were: under item 5 the seats have been increased from "250" to read "350" and items 8 and 9 have been deleted. m. Replace Section J.26, Attachment Z -- ORM-Rislu Bayface, pages J-291 through J-296 of the solicitation with the enclosed pages J-291 through J-299. No changes were made to the pages except renumbering. n. Replace Section J.27, Attachment AA -- Skill Category Description and Qualification Requirements for Key Personnel, pages J-297 and J-298, with the attached renumbered pages J-300 through J-301. In addition to renumbering the pages the changes made were under the education requirements of the Project Manager and the Network Manager. o. Add Section J.28, Attachment AB -- ACD Configuration, page J-302. p. Replace Section L with the enclosed pages. Changes have been highlighted. In particular note changes in paragraphs L.11 and L.14.1. q. Replace Section M, page M-1 and M-10 with the enclosed pages M-1 and M-10.
