The vendor will provide the following services: (1) Assist in establishing initial VAERS data mining environment. (2) Assist in performing initial exploratory analyses of VAERS and initial validation studies. (3) Identify and design needed software enhancements and extensions relating to GPS and new "front-end" program. (4) Identify and design needed software enhancements and extensions relating to back-end data analysis and visualization. (5) Provide installation and ongoing technical support for software enhancements, extensions, and all end-user activities; prepare working documentation for VAERS data mining environment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
