Services to be provided, if ordered by Western, shall include the following: 1. Problem determination and resolution (Help Desk). 2. Hardware maintenance and material repair (spares). 3. On-site engineering and technical support as required. GE-Harris is the manufacturer of much of the equipment used in the SCADA System and has proprietary rights to the circuit design, schematics and other documentation. No other entity has access to this information. Therefore, WAPA intends to award this contract to GE-Harris.
