The Contractor shall provide non-Personnel service contract for Bone Densitometry testing services to government beneficiaries. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and transportation, to provide health care to Government beneficiaries. The Contractor shall provide service in government-supplied facilities at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX, also referred to as the "medical treatment facility" (MTF) herein. Contractor service includes furnishing all labor, management, patient instruction, staff teaching, and reports, except as those identified as being government furnished. Contractor care shall cover the range of Bone Densitometry services typically provided in the civilian practice of a similar size. Performance shall be in strict compliance with the Statement of Work provided with the solicitation. All support provided by the Contractor will be Monday -- Friday. The start and end of duty may vary but typically shall be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Solicitation F41636-00-R-0192 will be electronically posted on the Internet approximately -- July 2000 using the commercial format (FAR Part 12). A Firm-Fixed Price contract is contemplated with a performance period of 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01, with four one-year options. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) 8049 applies. Size standard is $5 million. Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 94-2521 (Rev 19) dated 06/04/2000 applies to this solication.
