CONSTRUCT AND EVALUATE LABOR AND MATERIAL COST OF QUICKFILL WALL SYSTEM AT NORTHERN NEW MEXICO COMMUNITY COLLEGE The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to award a simplified acquisitin on a sole-source basis to Northern New Mexico Community College (NNMCC), El Rito, New Mexico for a project, using an innovative construction technology, that will provide the coordination, labor, and incidental materials and services necessary to construct an identical 2x4 wood-frame structure to a QuickFill structure built under a previous contract. The innovative wall system referred to as the QuickFill was developed and patent applied for by DOE. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation is available for this acquisition.
