quotes for the Lower Menatchee Trail Construction. The project consists
of construction of 4,827 meters of horse/hiker trail outside the Weneha
Tucannon Wilderness. The project is located on the Pomeroy Ranger
District (Pomeroy, WA) in Asotin County. From Pomeroy, go south on
county road 128, also known as "The Mountain Road", to the junction of
county road 107. Go south on county road 107 to the forest boundary
where the road becomes forest road 40. Continue on forest road 40 to
the junction of forest road 44. Go east on forest road 44 to the
junction of forest road 43. Go east on road 43 to the junction of the
4304050 road which is approximatley 1/2 mile southeast of the Wenatchee
Guard Station. The 4304050 road is a closed road. Go south on 4304050
approximately 1/2 mile. The Indian Tom Trail takes off on the right
(west). Go down the Indian Tom Trail approximately 3.5 miles to its
junction with the Menatchee (Wenatchee)Trail. This junction is the
beginning of the project for the Lower Menatchee Trail. Desired start
work date is June 1, 2001 and contract time of 450 days. QUOTE PACKETS
