The work will include installation of gates in each of the 100 units as well as demolition and removal of all existing wood post, rail fences and umbrella clothes lines. The issue date for plans and specifications is 15 August 2000. Estimated cost range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. The SIC Code is 1799 and size standard is $11.5 million.
