The work includes asbestos abatement, mechanical demolition, ductwork, power, air handler replacement and heater control system. Also included are materials, equipment, and labor for the complete removal of 2 HVAC systems and installing new HVAC systems. Each of the two separate annexes will be managed separately. The period of performance for the north annex will be 150 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The period of performance for the south annex will be 220 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A request for proposal including Performance/Price Tradeoff criteria is anticipated to be used. Funds are not resently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
