The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has a requirement for the replacement of approximately 33 wood power poles. Work will include the removal & disposal of existing wooden poles, crossarms and insulators and the procurement and installation of new wood or steel poles, crossarms and insulators and additional materials according to specifications. Storage facility and office space is the responsibility of the contractor. No Government property or facilities will be provided. Transportation, housing, loading and unloading of equipment is the responsibility of the contractor. Crews will be responsible to work while all lines are energized. This job is located in several different areas within the power system on the Colorado River Indian Reservation, La Paz County, Arizona. Estimated Price Range: $500,000. and $1,000,000.
