The government owns the video distribution system which includes the satellite signal receivers, the decoder modules, the channel modulators and the head end. The satellite receivers are analog. The make and model of the satellite receivers and decoders are as follows: 6 each blonder tongue 2001, 2 each Holland HMH-500H, 1 each blonder 6185. There are 2 satellite dishes.
