The 10th Air Base Wing, Operational Contracting Office, USAF Academy, CO, is requesting information from companies that can provide the following services to the USAF Academy. Any interested firm(s) should provide a statement of capability to the Contracting Officer or POC. Requirement Number 1: Maintenance support through FY 2001, covering all repair service, tools, parts, manning and transportation necessary to maintain the HP 9000/T-520 Hardware, HP-UX Operating System and related software used in support of the USAF Academy Cadet Administrative Management Information System (CAMIS) databases. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7629 and the business size standard is $5M (annual receipts). Requirement Number 2: Maintenance support through FY 2001, covering all repair service (including telephone support), parts, personnel and transportation necessary to maintain both hardware and software components of the Air Force Academy_s Automated Notification System. The system is manufactured by Dialogic Communications Corporation (DCC), and consists of 3 four-port Dialogic Talkerboards hardware, Communicator Software version 5.3.30, 12 Port Phone Access software, and 40 scenario capacity software. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7629 and the business size standard is $5M (annual receipts). Requirement Number 3: Maintenance support through FY 2001, covering all software upgrades, instructions for installation and configuration, bug fixes, telephone support, personnel and transportation necessary to maintain the Air Force Academy_s Legato NetWorker Software. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7629 and the business size standard is $5M (annual receipts).
