SOL N00253-00-Q-0135 DUE 081100 POC Sunny Rocheleau, Fax 360/396-7036 Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport requires on-site services to convert climatic environmental test chambers containing Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) refrigerants to new non-ozone depleting refrigerants that will meet current Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and NAVSEA regulations. The chamber retrofits shall include as a minimum: new refrigerants, system flush, new system oil to the acceptable type, oil separator, and any other small parts required to meet this specification. These conversions may also include, but not limited to, new compressors, refrigeration components and control circuitry. The Chambers, after retrofitting, shall be capable of approaching or maintaining the original manufacturer's temperature range limits and be capable of continuous, fail-safe operation under unattended conditions. All work to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work to provided with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) package. RFQ packages will be issued on or about 11 Aug 2000. Award will be made on or about 14 Aug 2000. Delivery and final inspections will be required before 04 Dec 2000. Phone requests for the solicitation package will not be accepted.
