66 -- INSTRUMENTS AND LABORATORY EQUIPMENT The Government intends to modify IDIQ Contract DATM01-97-D-0002 with Advanced Countermeasures Inc. in order to increase the current estimated contract ceiling amount by $10 million. This increase is necessary to fulfill greater than anticipated Government needs for unique and specilized supplies and services for which there are no technical drawings, packages or specifications available during the final option period of 1 Oct 2000 through 30 Sep 2001. The basic contract and options was synopsized on 16 May 1997 with no responses received. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is being processed. All responsible sources may submit a response to this notice within 45 days, identifying their specific capabilities to perform under the scope of work of the contract and delivery orders.
